Hardware:

If PC under warranty by original manufacturer, YOUR OFFICE waives all responsibility for breaching/opening said PC for repairs and/or installation of different component(s), other than what was shipped with PC at time of purchase/acquisition from seller/manufacturer.  Any peripheral, hard drive, video camera, printers, connecting cables, video card, motherboard, memory (RAM), or CD-ROM, if not provided by Premium Computer Solutions’ procurement methods, will not be guaranteed system compatible unless prior purchase consultation is obtained from a representative of Premium Computer Solutions. 

 

If any of the above mentioned items are purchased by YOUR OFFICE. procurement methods and the same items are already in place, the peripheral warranty then will be dependent on the quality and performance of that item.  Any deemed inoperable computer peripheral(s) must be returned to the purchaser through YOUR OFFICE channels/policys and is not Premium Computer Solutions’ responsibility.

 

Barring malfunctioning installed computer peripherals (caused by manufacturer’s defects or YOUR OFFICE. handling procedures), Premium Computer Solutions will ensure that items installed, setup and/or configured by company personnel will operate correctly within the confines of said peripheral's capabilities.  Reinstallation of hardware by any person other than that of Premium Computer Solutions’ personnel resolves Premium Computer Solutions of any liability caused by improper installation and/or configurations even through said installation was accomplished with Premium Computer Solutions technical assistance.

 

Hardware handling from YOUR OFFICE’s point-of-distribution to YOUR OFFICE’s point-of-installation is not the responsibility of Premium Computer Solutions’, unless that service is requested and proper transferal paperwork is completed prior to Premium Computer acquiring said computer property.   To wit, item must be in original shipped package, unopened as sent from purchaser’s shipping location (Example of what is not the responsibility of Premium Computer is a hard disk drive at point-of-installation, as that hard drive could have been accidentally dropped causing misalignment of magnetic disc reading heads).

 

Lastly, each installation on any site will require a sign-off liaison present during the entire process.   Functions of sign-off liaison are to log time in and out function accomplished, waive warranty considerations, and two people check of operational system capabilities for complete satisfaction.   Proper procedures ensure all parties involved of a quality and correctly operating computer system.

Software:

No warranty is provided by Premium Computer Solutions on third party software programming and/or system configuration issues.  For example, the operating system software (Windows 9x, “ME”, “XP”) contains internal programming code not attainable by Premium Computer Solutions for alterations; therefore any liability cannot be assessed Premium Computer Solutions or its technical personnel.  Installation of third party software can be accomplished by Premium Computer personnel or by phone consultation, but as to quality or correctness of the installation process, Premium Computer Solutions can claim no responsibility or be assessed any liability.
