Premium Computer Solutions' Warranty Disclaimer

1. Computer hardware components provided by Premium Computer Solutions are guaranteed against defects for a limited time specified from date of purchase.  Defective computer components, determined by Premium Computer Solutions' personnel, will be replaced or repaired while under warranty period at Premium Computer Solutions' discretion.  Note: All sales are final, permitting no refund of sale price of hardware, software, and/or computer system components.  No explicit/implicit software warranties.

2. Any maintenance, upgrades, or installations performed on the computer other than by Premium Computer Solutions' authorized personnel voids all explicit or implied warranties.

3. Software is neither guaranteed against defects (General Protection Faults (GPFs), program bugs and/or operational problems inherent to the software publishing companies release, ...etc.) nor will technical support be provided for any software installed after the sale. No software warranties explicit and/or implicit are applicable.

4. Consultation obtained from Premium Computer Solutions' personnel prior to purchase of additional software and/or hardware components will ensure continued compatibility with the already existing computer system elements. This software/hardware may be implemented by Premium Computer Solutions' personnel on a hourly fee basis agreed to by both parties involved.

5. If project/proposal is cancelled/terminated for any reason or initial project/proposal specifications are altered by requesting/purchasing party, Premium Computer Solutions reserves the right to unequivocally recover any and all hardware and/or software already delivered to project location and to maintain any and all project related hardware and/or software now in Premium Computer Solutions' possession.  For recovery of inventory restocking and administrative fees, Premium Computer Solutions will NOT refund and/or retain 30% of any initial project/proposal down payment amount.
